The foundation of our business revolves around the preparation of Market Value appraisals. Our appraisals serve many purposes such as forming the basis of a mortgage lending decision, assisting in buy/sell decisions, providing values for estate filings, determining whether a real estate tax assessment is appropriate, establishing a listing price, facilitating the buy out of partnership interests, among others. Our clients appreciate the knowledge and timeliness we bring to their projects. Appraisal services are overseen by a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
When a formal real estate appraisal is unnecessary, we adapt our services to meet our client’s needs. The basic appraisal process may be adapted to solve many types of value-related problems, so talk to us about your specific needs and situation. Even in limited scope projects, all of our work is done in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Counseling services are overseen by a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).
